Shipping Methods & Rates

• We always aim to offer the most reliable and cost-effective shipping options available.

• UK Orders: Dispatched via EVRI, DPD, or Royal Mail 48-Hour Tracked service.

• International Orders (Europe & Worldwide): Shipped using EVRI, DPD, USPS,  or Royal Mail International Standard, depending on your location.

Import Duties & Taxes
Any customs or import duties are the responsibility of the recipient and are not covered by Blend Frend™.
US customs might charge a small fee; we’ll cover any amount over $3.

Delivery Timeframes

• UK: Please allow up to 5 business days for delivery.

• International: Please allow up to 10 business days for delivery.

If your order hasn’t arrived within these timeframes, contact us right away. We’ll investigate the issue and, if necessary, resend your order free of charge.
